Reports

Once your I.D.E.A. Audit is complete, you are provided with two reports as well as an online verification system. Each of these is described below.

I.D.E.A. Owner Report
The I.D.E.A. Owner Report is a comprehensive PDF detailing all findings from the Audit including your scores, critical risks identified, and specific best practice guidelines and recommendations for resolving issues. Averaging 25 pages, this report is specifically designed for the Company audited and their legal, business, and technical employees. It may not be publically disclosed and all results are held in the strictest of confidence. For examples of how findings are presented in this report, please see detailed findings.

I.D.E.A. 3rd Party/Advertiser Report
The 3rd Party/Advertiser Report contains key excerpts from the Owner Report that are relevant to 3rd Party Partners and Advertisers. This report has been designed specifically to enable companies who offer list rental, partner mailings, email sponsorships, and/or co-registration services to independently prove the quality of their data and to differentiate their offerings from others. Given the risks that exist between publisher and advertiser, the I.D.E.A. 3rd party/Advertiser Report is an essential tool for advertisers and their agencies in determining whether or not to partner or advertise with your company. The 2 page report provides a summary of your Audit Score, your I.D.E.A. Seal, the IPs and URLs audited, and a detailed listing of the permission, reputation, and policy findings that are relevant to 3rd parties. This report may be publically disclosed.

I.D.E.A. Online Verification
The online verification system allows ISPs and 3rd Parties to verify that your Company has been audited. The online system requires knowledge of your I.D.E.A. Audit number so only those parties with whom you share your ID may verify your Audit. The online verification system provides the date, IPs, and URLs audited, as well as a summary of your score and the I.D.E.A. Seal awarded. In addition, you may elect to permit downloading of your I.D.E.A. 3rd party/Advertiser Report via the online verification system if you so choose.
